League History

The Churchman Fantasy Football League is a 10 Team Fantasy Football League played on ESPN Fantasy Football. Founded in 2013, this league consists of starting rosters of up to 14 and includes many non-standard positions as a third WR spot, a WR/TE flex spot, an Offensive and Defensive Player position and a Head Coach position. The Churchman Fantasy Football League is also categorized by it’s intriguing bonus scoring allowing for extremely entertaining match-ups and nail biting weekly finishes. Each season brings new challenges and is filled with competitors that are fueled by the desire to win. And though many will try, one outcome is certain. There can only be ONE CHAMPION!


SEASON I
In the 2013 inaugural season, the Divine Prophets were awarded the leagues first Championship after beating Team Lee in the SuperBowl.

SEASON II

Before the 2014 season, tragedy stuck, and one of the league’s owners passed away. With a unanimous vote the Churchman League decided to rename its championship trophy after their fallen owner. The newly created James E. Taylor, Sr. Memorial Trophy, has become the annual entitlement to the victor of the league.

In the 2014 season, Team Know-It-All were awarded the leagues Championship after beating the Dream Machine in SuperBowl II.

SEASON III
